What order do patches get installed. I used thier creation dates:
1. GTAIV_Patch.exe
2. GTAIV_Patch_V2.exe
3. GTAIV_Patch_1030.exe
Is this right?
Also what is going on with the save game stuff above?
I never had any save games because I just installed the game, guess I can just skip that section? Save games seem to working fine for me.

yeah, you got on the right order.Savegames? Well of you haven't played the game before the savegames will work 100% perfect for you.For users who played this game before you must move them:
Ok, now you must find your savegame files:
- (for Windows Vista) DISK: > Users > *Your user* > AppData > Local - there you`ll see folder "Rockstar Games"
2) In this folder is GTAIV > savegemes > find your savegame files named "SGTA4.." and copy them all!
3) Now paste them to the new GTA IV savegames location:
- (for Windows Vista) %USERPROFILE% > Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA IV > savegames
- (for Windows XP) %USERPROFILE% > My Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA IV > savegames
Basically, you need to copy all files found there in the previous folder.That's all.

Hey huys found a grat forum on GTA tweaks using commandline.txt and ultimate graphics tweak too, and just noticed this:
"It is important to remember that you do not have to install each individual patch, you only need to install the latest. So if you do a fresh install of GTA 4 you DO NOT need to install patch 1.0.1.0 and then patch 1.0.2.0. You just need to install patch 1.0.3.0. You should also remember that you will not be able to play online unless you have the latest patch installed."

You can't apply this to the no install version of GTA IV.That's a rip, probably made by sinergy.The rip is simply dead, and that is because you need a 2000 $ PC to play the game at max with 60 framerate-if you apply the patches the game becomes playable even on a medium PC.

Dude, I don't know if you need it, but, it's called disabled just because you can't post anymore videos on Rockstar Games Social Club and you can't play multiplayed.
