MCE plug-in x86 for ASUS p7131 TV tuner card and others

MCE encoder plugin XP and Vista 32-bit (x86) I have uploaded the 64-bit version in another torrent. Asus does not make it available on their website because they would have to pay a license fee per upload for it. It is only included on the original installation cd. If you have one of these cards and don't have the cd you're up the creek as i was. Here it is, you still need to install the drivers first, restart then run the MCE plugin. Your card will then be recognized and work with Media Centre. This should work with any of the Asus analogue/hybrid TV cards (7131,7135 My Cinema), and probably other brands as well. This is a tiny file, but a real missing link if you have the TV card without the install CD. The current Asus workaround is to give out a totally crappy TV tuner app in their downloads section that works outside of Media Center. (no channel, or schedule information, have to rescan channels every time you restart it). So if it is useful to you just keep it up for a couple of days and help out the other 'analogues'.
