the launcher is an exe file, however when you download it you will notice it is just listed as a "file". You must rename it adding the ".exe" extension to make it work

OK my post didn't appear so I'll try again. This file DOES work, however, if you check the properties after you dl it, it is listed as a "file" without any extension, probably so it isn't blocked by antivirus. So to get this to "run" you must rename the file adding the ".exe" extension.
