The quality is good. Though don't let the name of this file mislead you. The source was probably a blu-ray but the aspect ration, which you can see in the description is clearly SD. That said, The down conversion was done pretty good for the most part. It would have been better if the bitrate had been made higher. The picture is a tad grainy at the very beginning but other then that it is fine.
