If you don't understand russian, I wouldn't recommend downloading this. It also seems to be a xbox-port.

To change language from RU to EN open the Skidrow.ini file in the main game directory and change:

to

If you get "Access denied" when trying to change the language with @tez4's instructions, get to the 'Skidrow.ini' file, RIGHT CLICK on it -> go to properties -> then go to the SECURITY TAB -> AND click on 'EDIT' for Your Username -> then CLICK on ALLOW FULL CONTROL ! (:
