Poor quality low bitrate facsimiles of HD rips.
There's a reason the good quality versions of TV shows are 1GB or 2GB or more per file - they have smooth, well-encoded high-bitrate videos which look almost as good as the original source (usually Blu-ray) and also feature 5.1 surround in some cases.
If you can't tell the difference between these shoddy rips and good quality ones, there's really no point downloading in HD at all. Sorry if that's rude, but it's true.

2 things.
1 - of course when media is compressed you lose some of the quality. the reality of it is this is not a graphically demanding show you need high def to enjoy it in, and also if you are watching on a smaller monitor the quality will still look very good.
2 - all torrents are being "watched" if you dont bother to do anything to protect yourself, sooner or later your ISP is going to notify you and threaten to disconnect your service. Thats why people have developed programs like PeerBlock which are absolutely free.
