It's seeding continuously. I leave my computer on 24/7 (except for a few hours on Mondays when I have to take it to class). If you're having problems, I suggest starting a new torrent and downloading only the files you don't already have.
Sorry I don't know any other alternatives. I'm new to this whole uploading/seeding thing =] If you could lend me pointers, that'd be great.

There were 2 days were it said there wasn't a seed available at all but then my pc died and I lost it all now I am restarting the torrent hoping to finish it this time :P.
I still really appreciate it since it is so hard to find any j-rock on the torrents.
