Thanks to Nypansr for the only informative comment.
I can also confirm that this is NOT a DVD SCR, it is the same 1GB VHS SCR from FLAWL3SS which has been compressed to 700MB. I found the compression created picture distortion which ruined the viewing pleasure for me, there was no distortion on the 1GB file from FLAWL3SS.
