Hip Hop Abs (4 Disks + Schedule)

this is 4 iso images of the hip hop abs disks, and a text version of the work out schedule. Burn the images with nero or similar rom. worked for me. update oct.3: I DO NOT OWN any of this material. I HAVE NEVER seen the actual schedule and the one i have here is made by me from info from other websites, as far as i know is compleatly accurate . if it is not plz comment and place a link or picture of the schedule there. the video and audio are the best ive seen so far with iso. thanx to beach body for making this and to the original uploaders of these iso for accually paying them for it. hahaha you guys are troopers!

It's not a text version of the workout schedule. It's a bitmap and it's not the full workout schedule. You only give us 4 weeks and the workout should last around 6 weeks.

These are .iso files which are are disk "Images" the computer cannot read them directly by trying to open the file. you can do 1 of 2 things here. u can burn them to dvd using roxio or similar image burning software, or mount them to a virtual drive using poweriso or similar. either way you will get an Exact copy of the original dvds, complete with menus and subtitles, as opposed to ripped versions where what you see is all you get. thanks for the support
