fyi, if you download this, and exclude the tracks:
'Digital Loveless' &
'Earth Versus the World'
it should be fine.. if you look at the files tab you'll notice those two tracks are incomplete, hence resulting in the 99.8%.
and a reminder to those who may have forgotten.. even if it's at 99.8%, you can still have access to all the other tracks just as you would after a complete download. It is a little annoying to not have it finish though.. I'm blaming 870josh for this one..
