Description:

I thought this wasn't coming out till August, but it is what it is. I took it and made an x264 mkv with the original frame rate and size, the original 448k ac3 5.1 sound (blow me with that aac bullshit). The bitrate is about 2650 on anime-max quality mode. I can up this to 100% in 8 hours. I'll take it to 200% and then the rest is up to you all.

There, I'm done. I won't ever return, so make sure to do your do.

It´s 720x480.

disinteresting (2008-06-24)

you don't say? that would be the original size....

rmariboe (2008-06-27)

720x480 is not "Highres" :o(
Needs to be at least 720p (*x720).

disinteresting (2008-06-29)

considering everything I get off this website is at like 1000kbps, still in .avi, run in the fastest mode possible, and at like 500 something x 300 something, plus the ancillary sound quality, I think there isn't much better one could ask for, unless they want to go purchase themselves something better.

First of all:
There ain't no such thing as "I think I'll call it high res and mess a little with established standards".
It is misleading at best, and confusing for many.
When we talk about "high res", we refer to HD resolutions. The lowest of these is 720p.
Second:
No one cares about scaled sizes unless it's scaled DOWN to fit a handheld. It's the SOURCE that counts. If the source was PAL or NTSC- well that's what it was.
Yes, it's the year 2008, and yes it's possible to transcode and scale video.
Cool, huh!!!!!!!!!
No. No one cares.
I mean it when I say "thanks for the upload", but please keep to the standards to keep this site as clean and mean as it can be.
