Works perfectly,if you have problems like "Demo" when you start Singleplayer/New Game go to Egypt not the other demo thing and choose the top level that's the first one.

Just run it as ADMINISTRATOR.
Find shortcut 'Play' with Serious Sam icon(probably highlighted in start menu), right click it Properties/Shortcut/Advanced check 'Run as administrator' confirm acess, click Ok. Enjoy.
