There is nothing wrong with the video use a good player
Everybody say's VLC player
But everybody use sphlash lite player just google it it's free.

Honestly, you shouldn't use either of those players. Use Cowon Jetaudio. You can get a free version of it, and you never have to worry about updates in order to play certain file types. It also takes next to no ram to run, so you can play a game that is very demanding of your computer, and listen to music without your game glitching or lagging.

if its laggy with a 720p or u need some weird player to run it instead of MPC-HC with FFDSHOW n AC3FILTER or a 3-400mb rip of the movie i suggest u get a clue or a new(er) pc..

It's VERY laggy. The video quality is ok but there's something wrong with the fps.
Also, the player that @adijkstra recommends is nothing but a bunch of malware.

Holy Christ.. I have a super computer and just tested this thing on my gaming rig.. the freaking CPU is like 4.3 GHZ.. with 2 GDDR5 GPU Card.. well clocked at 1 Ghz..
This thing is laggy like its a bloody slide show.
My CPU resources is not even at HALF.. Something went wrong with the encoding Video stream :l
