Hi guys, how do you install this update. I have fcs 2 but when I execute this file it tells me that I cant install unless i have pro application update 2007-2 or later? I cannot download this from the apple site without a serial and apple id? PLease let me know.

just run the software update-after the quictktime update to 7.5-run again software update, automatically it updates for pro applications update 2008-1
after that use serial of detmonoid
it works

Thanks artie75, This worked for me too,, i updated to FCP 6.0.2, then lanch FCP and gave Serial, then run the software update, and then FCP 6.0.3 didn't asked for any SN...

Took me a while to figure this out, but anyone who needs the pro applications update 2007-02 or higher simply needs to run software update from your system (the apple in the top left corner of your OSX). IF you've got final cut studio 6 installed it should automatically detect that you need the update. After that just install! You don't need to login or submit a serial number (at least I didn't).
