I re-installed it and the message comes up that Microsoft Outlook cannot be started..Could this be conflicting with Microsoft Office home and student edition as to why it cannot be started?

X86 mean it's for the 386 or 486 chips set, meaning this is the 32bit version...

Just updated from Outlook 2007, i kept office 2007, running xp SP3 X86, I check Outlook's activation status and it says unlicensed, I installed IORRT 3, Am i gonna not be able to open Outlook later on? HELP please!!

I'm getting the same result as "beachlaw". This worked fine for several weeks. Then all of a sudden the tool bar is red and says "Product Activation Failed". When I open the program, the "Activation Wizard" pops up with a button that says "Change Product Key". What should we do?

They really should have included it, but just go download the activator. Learn to read.

I am having same issue as wilco1000. any solution. it worked fine untill i notice an issue with my email account which appeared more as a virus. there was emails in my inbox that i had not received when i logged into my webmail.
now i get a red bar at the top informing me that "product activation has failed" only change i did was to install update as thethingy told it would still work.
