i have a mejor problem in this game. I cannot move by feet because there is no character figure. I can put traps and shoot my crossbow but other than that, NOTHING. What do I need to do?! HELP

heellooo still no one knows how to fix my problem....everything fine but picture of the whole game was wreck..i can move,i cant shoot,ican do anything as the game feature allow,but the problem is i cannot see the complete game scene bcoz of some flat plane image screening in front of my monitor,,is it the HD thing??i tried to fix in this fix,,but it doesnt patch anything...help....my laptop was running in w7,i3 hd,m330..do my laptop has a problem oe its just the game i downloaded
