WOW and Thankyou:) I had no idea their was a 'Special edition'..I can't wait to see it now! I have visted Portmerion('The Village') several times and love the show...
But haven't watched the show in a few years..I hope the commentary sheds new light...

There are no subtitles on the DVDs - they only thing they are lacking.

To anyone have sound problems - this will be due to there being 3 soundtracks. Windows users will need ac3 filter (part of Gordian Knot Codec Pack) installed along with a decent media player (like VLC) which allows you to choose the soundtrack you want. Mac users - I haven't a clue.
