if u have an mc model ipod this program will brick it. i was stupid not to listen to its warning. i no longer have an ipod touch because of it

i bought my ipod of some packy in town for £120 "brand new" when I opened it I noticed it was not sealed and the ipod was second hand, worse of all the ipod is disabled, and its telling me to connect it to the computer it was last synced with. I have no idea what jailbreaking is but will this undisable it?
