Disc 5 seems to have some wrong "code" in it as the player i tried to test this and PGCedit both report and invalid command. Seems that just loading the DVD in PGCedit and removing the reported command works.

Lovely but for some reason DVD structures on these discs, especially on the first, is corrupted for some reason.
Heres fix for the first disc, invalid command fixed and also there was wrong order in the vob/cell ids on chapter 14 onwards.
