What a collection of pure, unadulterated crap! The author seems to take seriously just about every conspiracy theory out there, adding a few of his own, coming up with a picture that only someone deeply mentally disturbed could countenance.

I agree with frankiedux -- donate a few $$$ to Phelps if you like his book. The thing is chock full of research, photos and rare historical references. It's not all bullshit, Phelps is definitely onto something. Sure, he proselytizes a lot of Calvinism on his radio program, but this book is more scholarly and much less evangelical than his spoken material. What have you got to lose, it's almost 2000 pages long, a suppressed alternative take on modern history.
