all of these pdfs are unlocked, but i found a pdf unlocker here on TPB called VeryPDF PDF Password remover. Using this and Nitro PDF (also on TPB), I was able to unlock and combine the PDFs I needed into a single file for each book so i can put them on my ipad. Worked like a charm. If I have time I'll start uploading the unlocked files I have.

re: my last comment, i meant to say that the pdf files are all locked. so, you won't be able to combine them using most pdf software until you unlock them first. You don't need a password if you have the right softwaree (VeryPDF)
