I WILL BE SEEDING FROM 18TH JANUARY @ 18:00 GMT AND BEYOND.... I have made the Fsp working again, instead of having 2 torrent i decided to delete those two and make this one..... How to Install. - Install FsPassenger - go to you FSX main folder and find the folder "FsPassenger" - Open the second folder in this torrent - Find the gamedata.bin file - copy this file into the FsPassenger folder (the one you opened previously) - Say yes to overwrite - That should do it. Can´t get passenger to work, after copying BIN over the orig. BIN.
It tells me that passenger has been moved to another directory, and therefore needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
I think you have another placement of FSX than I have, and therefore the overwriting BIN does not work unless we have same dir to FSX?

Hi problem seems to do with the HiResMap.bin file in the bin folder. If you open the one in fspx with notepad, there's 4 or so lines saying void(unregistered)i guess.in steffen.bn bin folder the HiResMap.bin file is encoded (registered)and won't work on any other PC!!

Mine works perfectly... whats wrong with all u wall? follow instructions correctly... this is what I have done it...
1. Installed original demo from fspassenger website
2. download this torrent
3. extract it... and install this torrent version...
4. it will say upgrading... good...
5. extract the gamebin file from the rar bin file in torrent and copy only the bin file to the fspassenger folder in the fsx game folder...
6. no need for serial... just run the fsx game now and u will have a working version...

I have just flown for over an hour and didnt get any authorisation messages,is this because i installed the demo first?(no serial),then install this one(btw got an install error at end) but carried on.Then copied Gamedata.bin from Bin.rar over to \FsPassengers\Bin folder.On starting fsx and fsPassengers it installed 2 .dll files and away i went.Anyway its working for me,and its really really good.Thanx again

Once again:
1. Go to fspassenger official site and download official demo...
2. Install demo on your laptop...play demo to make sure it works ok for over 15mins...
3. download torrent from steffen.bn (great work Steffen.bn, saved me a fortune hehe).
4. Install the cracked fspassenger, forget about serial... this crack version will simply upgrade your demo... so dont use any serial anywhere...
5. after upgrading... go to the torrent folder u originally downloaded, u will find a zipped (rar) file called bin (\\fsp\fspassenger\bin.rar)
6. extract the bin.rar file and inside the extracted bin folder you will find a file called gamedata in bin folder...
7. copy ONLY the gamedata file to the following location where your fsx game is installed in your laptop... mine is here...C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\FsPassengers\Bin
8. overwrite the gamedata file if prompted...
9. you have a full game... simple as that...

kenyaboy...all that you have said is the correct procedure and does initially work for most of us.I,like many people,only have approx 15 min flight time before fspassengers shuts down. I think the problem stems from the HiResMap file inside the bin folder. Can you tell me if the HiResMap file in your main fsx fspassengers bin folder is in code or is it in text with 4 lines of VOID in it? This could be the culprit.By the way, i was the person that helped steffen.bn

I have done a test run again... it works great on all default fsx planes... and I only got wrong authorization when I tried on some 777 plane i had downloaded that doesnt have VC... so perhaps all that are getting wrong authorization are trying on downloaded planes? works great with no hitch on default planes and some downloaded planes with VC like MD81 etc...

And the serial included with this version doesn't work either... perhaps we could just get another serial?

I was just thinking, closing your internet connection would have the same result as preventing the app to go on the internet from within the code, so i don't think it has much use. It could be useful if we knew what code the server sends to say it's a legal serial, then we can write a program that gives this answer always...

hmmm, so fsp comes to checking HiResMap.bin and when it can see shitloads of "VOID"'s it says wrong authorisation. So we need to stop Fspassengersx.dll from checking Hiresmap.dll

I think i found the autorization part, and i think i excluded it. But FSX won't let me try.

I tried blocking FSX from accessing the internet with a firewall. After 15min FSP still does its check thing and stops working....hope this helps.
I'm going to try to disconnect my internet and see if that helps, although i dont thing any of us can live with that as a solution.

I have been looking at the files in the bin. Using a hex editor I searched for key words like register, demo, ect., I found some, but they all pertained to text that comes up during the program use. I then went to FSX folder to see if there was anything different there. I did find the word demo in the file in question. Unfortunately I am at school now and won't be out till 10 pm tonight. When I get home I will test my theory to see if it works. Also, the author did leave a note to hackers stating that If you hack it please don't distribute. In the current economy I can see his point, but I also see mine. If I could afford to buy it now I would. I will just have to wait. By the way, I did copy the file in question to FSP in the FSX folder and it started up fine, I just didn't have time to fool around with it. Thanks to the originator of the torrent. Will let you guys know what I find as soon as I find it.

If anyone is wondering, The objective we could say, is to Disable the Hiresmap.bin Check. FSp doesnt connect to the internet to check, it looks at one of its files. When it finds this file filled with VOIDVOIDVOIDVOID it says wrong authorisation and stops functioning. We either need to figure out how to look at Steffen.bn's Hiresmap or figure out a bypass to this check.

with mu humble knoledge to coding, we can see that the program use several chaks.
1. the timer is set to 15 mins, if no reply (aka if no contact established with masterserver or internet is off) then go to shutdown.
2. The key checks, checks for blacklisted keys else delete
3. Checks that the key contains a valid string put there by the programmer else delete
4. checks all codes every 15. minutes, the programmer has a huge database with unauth keys or keys that shall trigger delete.

We already know that much slugz, what we need to know is what file does that checking - the HiResMap.BIN, or the fspassengersx.dll?
Once we know for certain what file does it, we can decompile that file and remove the lines that do the check, or make it accept a basic code like 12345.

Well 1. is obviously incorrect for a start because the wrong authorisation happens even when disconnected to the internet. We know that the wrong authorisation has nothing todo with the internet, it has something todo with the DLL or the .BIN.
So in other words, this has nothing todo with the internet. The only time it uses the internet is if the user tries to enter their serial, the first time that they activate the product. After that, it just checks a file. We're trying to crack that file, not trying to get a serial.

I found something sus that wen you Nop it, it stops FSpassengers from appering as an ingame menu. The line in PE Explorer is "65047108" and the string is "SSZ650D7F24_Password"... Maybe somebody with a little bit of knowledge should have a look.. :D

1. No, the timer is just random what i can see. Sometimes it comes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 10 for me. And the timer starts as soon the plane leaves the ground.

omg lol. I have read all of this bullcrap. Digital signature in my ass. There was one who wrote a comment here and it is the same i am going to tell you guys. You download FSpassengers DEMO from http://www.fspassengers.com/
Then download this shit. And then you take the GAME.BIN file over to fspassenger folder witch is located in fsx main folder, you will see it.
If there comes up that it is not valid. LAND at closest airport. When you have landed , take the parking brake on and try again or reset flight.. That is how i manage to get flights from ENZV to EKCH .
You either do as i did or buy it.

2. Download FSP DEMO
3. DOWNLOAD this file.
4. When complition of FSP DEMO, Install it.
5. Go to FSX main map.
6. Open Fspassenger map in fsx map.
7. Go to bin file, ceep the fsp bin map open.
8. When you are finnished downloading this file go to the bin map.
9. Take the GAME.BIN file over to the fsp bin map in fsx folder.
10. Run flight simulator.
11. When you are on ground, load passengers.
12. After 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 min and you get wrong auth. Land at an airport closest.
13. When you have landed, take the parking brake on.
14. Unload the plane .
15.Then load the plane again with passengers..
This is the things that i have done.
But the seccond time i loaded the plane i juced time acceliation to test if it would run more than 30 min. Succsess fully it did. To friends of mine made it work to. So if some of you cant fix it then you have no clue. Or your just reading this wrong.
And i am so pissed that some of you thinkyou are crackers , wannabe's!
If someone of you kan crack it and make it work and poof it to me then i'll shut the fuck up and you all can call me whatever you want and i will accept it.

hey guys, prob of never heard of me tho ive been following the progress of chillroo and have also been able to crack the game with some buddies based on knowledge and advice left in some of your comments. Ive just tried starting up FSX and everything seems to be running ok, with fs passengers not seeming to be affected by a timer to date, tho i still need to fix one thing where fspx crashes sometimes tho not other times when i run this program. ive ran the program 10 times with 6 times running perfectly and 4 times fsx crashing at startup, 2hrs, 4hrs and 1hr respectivly. ill get this fixed then update u guys

ok guys, soz for the delay tho ive got retail work to do, and this is honestly not the most important thing happening in my life. anyways last few days ive been playing around with the .bin file and trying to manipulate the way in which the timer works. i have now gotten the game to run 3-4 hours without quitting. on 4 attems each time the game ran for a min of 3 1/4 hrs.
this i suppose is okay for me as i personally dont spend whole days on fsx, and generally only do short hops as i get bored easily.
anyways i manipulate one peice of code, which in affect then makes me have to rewrite the next line of code, and as u can see it takes forever to get the program working half right.
anyways for the next few days ill still play around with it and see if i can somehow disable in completly or make it run more longer without it quitting. if not, and you guys havnt solved it, u kno what ill do early nxt week

FSPaxX has online authorisation!!! I saw these blocks (InternetOpenA, InternetOpenURL, InternetReadRile) in code. Online authorisation will be started only if the entered UnlockCode satisfies a number of pre-checks (I reversed algorithm :)). Authorisation goes to the URL
If online authorisation failed you receive the message:
"Sorry, unable to connect to website, please check your FIREWALL and authorize fsx.exe OR disable
temporary your firewall. Once unlocked FsPassengers don't need to access anymore to internet (a
ppart if you export your flights)"
Do not search for string in the text - they are encrypted (Not all, but the most important). Encrypted primitively, but nevertheless.
About appointment of other files which here are discussed here I will tell nothing now. And as about protect.dll. It is using (loading in process memory), but for what - I do not know yet.

Hey steffen I appreciate this upload, but like most I cant seem to make it happen. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to upload your fsp folder in its entirety directly from your Fsx folder and see if that might work. Also to all the folks working on getting this thing cracked, I apreciate all of you as well and have full faith in you guys. That said, I was wondering since this hiresmap .bin seems to be extremely close guarded, Is it possible to disassemble the installer and maybe repack it with steffen's hiresmap.bin, and then install it. Even if I just open the hires and save it without doing anything, It still knows its been jacked with, but I can move the original out and back in and it accepts it. Do you think it looks at the timestamp on the file? Because that is the only thing that changes as far as I can tell. I'm kind of a dumbshit when it comes to this stuff but this damn things got me worked up. Any progress updates would be great. Thanks.

My way not to interfere with the main code of the program (bithack). I try to forge the registration data as though the program is legally registered. Yesterday has clarified that Gamedata.bin stores a part of the registration data too.
Also there is no starting airport list in subj. Approved airports (in demo-mode) are calculates on their coordinates. Search of this place in a code superfluous expenditure of time and not good solution (also change time demo-limit etc.)
I repeat I work over solution.
PS Can anybody share Gamedata.bin from this torrent?

There is a cracked version in the VIP section at fs2004.info (WOS). But to get it you have to pay a subscription.
The cracker, Komu, has cracked the fspassengers.dll but put his own password on it. These you can only get from contacting him at WOS.
I do have the cracked .dll but no passwords. If someone who thinks they can remove his own password wants the .dll then post a way I can contact you on and I will give you it.

I think that we may be overworking it all. If syeffen.bn installed this on his computer in a location other than the default one, then there may lie the problem. After installing it, I copied all the folders in the bin folder over. When I started the simulator it said that I had moved fs passengers and that i had to reinstall it. If he has the original file and reinstalls it to the default C drive then we may have a chance.

I've got to say that I've tried at first installing the cracked full version, which didn't work, then after reading through all these posts I have tried the way KenyaBoy suggests and it works. I have flown from KLNC to KLAX and back again and no passeneger drop outs occured. I was testing and I could fly from several airports in California and no problem but when I save the game at an airport in Nevada (KTPH) off from this and after 15 minutes I threw the error.
My Conclusion:
1) I wish it throws the error after saving the game.
2) I wish the error throws him out of California.

It works, but it doesn't have a valid digital signature so it gets blocked by FSX. Someone take the DLL and fix the digital signature and it should work fine! :)

Yeah, since someone did it before to the original DLL, but they never cracked the DLL. With this, it's already cracked... we just need to fix the damn signature.
If someone can let me know of a program which lets you edit the signature, i'll be glad to do it.

yeah, avg found Obfustat.XT in both FSPassenger X v1.0.zip and FSPassenger.x.v1.0-patch.exe files. dunno if that isn't one of them cracks (like the exe cracks for games) where you don't have to be scared because the antivirus recognizes crack as virus, or if it actually is virus... anyway, check that download posted by Rag3011 with your antiviruses and see for yourself

it's pretty frustrating - first I have bought the bloody deluxe version, which cost me what.. 35 quid, then I fallen in love with it, I had to buy joystick, which was £100, after like three weeks of playing it got so pointless and boring that I chucked joystick in the cupboard and finally now, when there is such a lovely add-on, which is bringing the game in another dimension (at least I think so now) and making it twice as fun, they want another £35? That's bit too much for a game IMO, although this good.... :)

It Works!!! I leave on vacation and this is what I get to come home to. You guys are AMAZING, I knew we'd get to the bottom of this thing someday. Certainly want to thank everyone for all the hard work. Thanks to Dansteph for the challenge. This was definately one of the hardest codes to crack, (way over my head for sure). But you know what? To install this just install it and then go into the bin.rar. click on bin and look for gamedata.bin. once found send it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\FsPassengers\Bin. overwrite it and your done.

I second that! I installed the crack as directed, some 20mins into the flight, all passengers and flight crew were missing. Thought i was flying over the bermuda triangle (lols). I had no option other than to use that of kumonitta. I am stilling making trip with crews and passengers intact and results from from trips flown. Need i say more?

follow the link above and start making money... Trust me it works as i have installed on many system no passenger or crew disappearing. Be mindful you don't increase sim speed by 16x as you may be punished. It all good!
