It's easy. Dont extract the file. Mount the file named "aoe" with deamon tools and install the game. When you are finished, dont turn off deamon tools. Worked for me. Enjoy..

Mount in "power iso", run setup, install, start the game, get the message that you need to insert disc to play single player mode, exit game, launch the game from virtual cd-drive.
