1. Extract .rar file and upload the files to your host.
2. Convert your video(s) to .flv files with MagicVideoConverterSetup.exe (extract convert_to_web_format) and upload the files you want to your host.
3. To Create playlist open ._playlist.xml in your favorite editor and set (for you) the right settings.
Replace ._playlist.xml on your host by (for example yourplaylist.xml).
