Billy Duncan has developed a secret formula for human regeneration -- a formula that the sinister Roach will do anything to obtain. When the diabolical madman's goons can't snatch the formula away from Bill, Roach must come up with a new plan...| The fiend soon has the perfect idea: he enlists the aid of Billy's beautiful stepmother, Lorna, who he turns into an ultra-powerful Valkyrie named Electra.
