I scaled it down, because it wasn't quite worthy of 1080p and the extra size that incurs. I included the commentary because the source material still didn't dictate using a whole DVD5 disc, and it's interesting stuff. It probably goes out of sync because the HDTV broadcast cuts approximately 5 minutes in various places, and I wasn't going to try and edit that just for a commentary track!
