I finally gave up - went and got one that was complete in 2hrs- this torrent is sure frakked up - might have something to do with the tracker being used - have never seen this uploader do this before - stopped threw away the 300 mb file that it took 6 hours to get - piss poor performance - for 25K in seeders - have fun
