Install Instructions :
[1]Install & close program
[2]Copy & paste (rmt.dta) into installation directory
[3]Vista users , copy & paste the "vista_inst" batch file into the destination folder , and then run it
[4]Done

Chrislu thanks for a quick reply. I copied the vista file into the distination folder as you instructed. I clicked on desktop icon to start trogan remover and it says expired. what do I do next? Thanks again in advance

I suggest u re-install it again , and follow these steps :
[1]Install application
[2]DO NOT update or open program
[3]Go to the crack folder
[4]Copy & Paste these two files : "rmt.dta" & "vista_inst" to the installation folder which is
C:/ProgramFiles/TrojanRemover
[5]Double Click the "vista_inst" and a black screen will pop up and after 3 seconds they says "installation complete"
[6]Now close the black window and you may now open the program & update
Inform me if you have any other problems
And remember to seed

thanks for your reply kentucky. i uninstalled and reinstalled, followed your instructions exactly, says program has expired. not sure what the problem is. just wanted to give you feedback. thanks for your help

If you didn't cimpletely uninstall it from Control Panel before re-installing you may need to. I would clear it and re-download too.

Have u copied & paste both the "rmt.dta" file & the "vista_inst" file into the installation folder which is C:/Program Files/TrojanRemover ? And then after that u need to double click the "vista_inst" file(which is now already inside the installation folder)
I THINK u went to double click the "vista_inst" when it's still inside the crack folder , am i right ? u need to make sure u double click the "vista_inst" which is already inside the installation folder(C:/Program Files/TrojanRemover)
Try it again & tell me if it's working now

I would just wish to show my appreciation to the Kentucky-kid for his pacience and crystal clear explanation he has offered to Vista users, as certain others offering the same torrent in my personal opinion had not explained clearly or accuartely as to how the patch should be correctly applied in Vista.
