There is no higher quality rip available. This looks just about as good as the DVD.
If the video looks bad, it's because the official DVD is not of the greatest quality.
You can view this in just about any player, including VLC.
But, VLC is crap.
I recommend Media Player Classic (MPC) - together with the CoreAVC filter.
You can search on this site for "CoreAVC" and you will find it
Using MPC with CoreAVC is very easy.

Okay I finally got it and watched.
Holy shit is this bizarre and chilling. It should definitely be watched as a companion piece to Michael Moore's "Capitalism: A Love Story."
