Ha ha! You're an idiiot. As Zarkow already noted above, 693MB for a 16min short is HUGE, not small.
Whoever ripped this (FyHD?) and aoloffline are complete fucktards.
100MB would be enough to provide excellent HD quality.
Get a frickin clue.
