okay, trying this one more time. I was able to seed to one person and they were a hit and run. Slight file change and name change on the nfo and that's about it. it wouldn't let me re-upload this otherwise.
I'm going to connect my laptop to someone elses wireless network and seed through that as well. =P

well as it turns out it's just some issue with either my computer or my utorrent. I'm on the same network still except on my laptop and it's been seeding perfectly fine while on my desktop i keep getting errors when trying to connect to others.
Well at least i'm able to seed regardless. Enjoy.

Didn't even stop to think you may have set this up, too, comrade! I remember, before I found the Galaxy News Radio signal, I spent several days wandering the wastes and listening to this stuff. stumbling around my first time playing, I was listening to this and taking mad shots at an Enclave Eyebot. Yeah- I was a noob.
