can someone please explain what i am doing wrong for alot of these mp4's to turn out all grey and not able to see whats happening? WITHOUT ABUSING ME would be nice

thanx for trying to help but i already use VLC media player as my main video using software..
I wonder what Im doing wrong.. it happends with mostly mkvs and mp4s... but not all of them.. just annoying there is no other upload of this dvd on the net.. such a pitty.. but thankyou for trying to help anyway.. appreciate it
