Puppet Master II - DVD capture

Part 2 of the Puppet Master series. This one is a direct sequel to part one. The puppets decide to dig up Toulon and revive him with the Formula, but it's too bad he's a bit off. Happens when you've been rotting in the ground since the 30's. This new, mad Toulon sends his puppets out to harvest brain matter so he can make a new batch of Formula, which he promises to use to help the puppets regain their failing strength.
