Original anonymous seeder please reseed to at least 10 people at a time and not just 1 because there will always be some guy who doesn’t want to reseed and is just greedy
Progress right now is very slow please increase the number of people that your program seeds to so that we can get some distribution

It seems to me that the person who uploaded the 5 Stargate Atlantis torrents of this quality is hosting these torrents one by one untill each one gets fully seeded then after a few days of beeing fully seeded possibly sometimes a few weeks, the person seeds the next one in order.
Right now we have done 1 2 3 so sooner or later the person will change to 4 and start seeding that, and a few weeks after that start seeding 5, at least that is how it looks like now
