Either has a virus or is malfunctioned: makes you unable to access the net until uninstalled.
"Allow all" doesn't help, you can't configure it in any way to re-gain access, and uhhh, my computer suddenly took 1min to open up my network connections from startup, when it usually takes about 3 sec.

Mentalbox is right. though the firewall works good, the setup file installs "a.exe" and "b.exe". God knows what these two EXEs are doing in the running programs list!! (Task manager - Processes). also the system says Shutting down, but never does.. I am trying to fix it now...
