thats because it's vbr (variable bit rate) which means that it uses only as much bit rate as it needs

Like Ced said, first track is shallow. Listen to iTunes preview and you'll see the difference. I am trying to find that track in another place.

I bought it for one of my friends who are a HUGE Coldplay fan.
We listened to it together, and i might say that i am quite a bit impressed.
It isn't that much of a rock-album, but it's just so relaxing ö
