The sad thing is I've already bought this book from amazon over a month ago, but it hasn't come yet. The day after I bought it I bought something through Chinese snail mail, but I got that last week.

FYI, This is NOT the 9th edition. It is the 8th edition with the TOC removed and a fake 9th edition cover added.
