I've downloaded Max Payne 3 different times from 3 different places and I don't have any sound. The picture is great but no sound. Someone help!!!

i've downloaded another 1 max payne and there is sound, but i am converting it to MP4 for my iphone but when i've done that there is no sound, so weird because i've converted other movies to mp4 and then there was sound!
