For those complaining about out-of-sync audio: If you have VLC, fix it.
The default keys to do that is J an K. J if the sound is AFTER you can see it is spoken, and K if the sound is BEFORE you can see it is spoken.
If you have VLC, you can do pretty much anything with sound and video. Just look at the settings, the website, their forums or manuals.
If you don't want to have to adjust the audio every time you play a video in VLC, transcode it! With VLC. You can even adjust the sync of the audio. After it's done, you have a perfectly (unless you screwed up) synced video file.
