Heroes of Might and Magic 3 COMPLETE: Contains the original Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Restoration of Erathia, plus the expansions Armageddon's Blade and The Shadow of Death. This release does not need to be burned to cd. It is complete with all music/voice/movies and works flawless from the harddrive. Manuals from the games are included as pdf files in the game folder. Have fun!!! Install notes: 1) Extract the rar archive to a folder of your choice. 2) Run Heroes3.exe 3) Play 4) The map editor can be launched from h3maped.exe and the campaign editor from h3ccmped.exe.

There are a ton of identical .rar archives. I deleted all but one, extracted it, tried to run Heroes3.exe and got "Files from Heroes III are missing. Please reinstall Heroes III."
What do?

Keep all the .rar files, just extract the first one to where ever you want, after you've got the game installed and working you can delete all the .rar files (unless you want to seed the game)
