Il mio partner Andrej Holm fu arrestato il 31 Luglio di quest'anno perche un anno prima la polizia tedesca ha trovato i suoi scritti "on gentrification", unito al fatto che e' un attivista politico e non sempre porta con se' il suo cellulare, cose abbastanza sospette per avviare un'indagine per terrorismo. E' un po' piu'' complicato di questo, ma principalmente e' cosi'. Dopo che fu arrestato con una pistola puntata nel nostro appartamento alle 7 AM nel mattino, ho scoperto che io, pure, ero soggetta a sorveglianza. Cosiccome colleghi, amici e famiglia. E' stato reso molto chiaro cio' che dovevamo notare. Il mio partner e' stato rilasciato di prigione tre settimane dopo e da ora le accuse di terrorismo sono state ritirate e trasformate in accuse di formazione di "organizzazione criminale". Dopo lo shock iniziale ho iniziato a bloggare riguardo mia vita quotidiana con la sorveglianza. It's a bit more complicated than that, but that's basically it. After he was arrested at gunpoint in our apartment at 7 am in the morning I realised that I, too, was the focus of surveillance. As were colleagues, friends and family. It was made quite clear that we were meant to notice. My partner was released from prison after three weeks and by now the terrorism charges were taken back and turned into accusations of having formed a 'criminal organisation'. After the initial shock I started blogging about everyday life with surveillance.
