Note: This isn't the Hardback book being released this Month (July 12th 08).
Looks like rule book that will be coming with the Boxed game (Last two pages are the box artwork).
For this reason only rules are included. Looks like the Boxed set Rulebook won't be coming with the Hobby and Fluff sections.
Also I noticed a couple of diagrams missing from the Vehicle section (Not essential), and the Annihilation mission is missing (No Kill point rules). Aside from that this appears complete and up to date (Unlike the beta rule pdf leaked earlier).
If someone could upload scans of the Hardback book it would be appreciated.

Never mind I read that it is the pocket rulebook that comes with the starter kit/box set.

Aye its the real thing. Kill Points is there, its in the white blank space in the missions page. Highlight the box, then copy and paste on a blank word document
