Gta VC stuff

Some weird mods for the game Grand Theft Auto - Vice City. Some of them I havnt tried out, but I did scan them, their clean according to Norton. There is both mods, skins, and tools to change stuff with, there is a readme in all the folders. I take NO CREDIT what so ever for theese things, I just made a little pack.
