The image quality is slightly washed out but considering the measely 2gb file size it is understandable. H.264 keeps the image clean of macroblocks compared to xvid but has a tendency to drop detail which is everything in HD rips.
Audio quality is pretty good but is in aac format, might be problem for some people.
Thumbs up for bringing rips specifically for games consoles, but PS3 Media Server makes it possible to stream full quality .mkv with PS3.

The image has unacceptable whitewashing in it. It makes the overall image quality not much better than what you'd expect from a TS - even if the resolution is of course higher. Not recommended.

you have got to be kidding me you waited 2 days to encode 1movie to 2bg and and leave it with a aac Audio???
(if u had the DTS from original you should have just muxed it together) made them 3gb mkvs
