There is also a video to go with Lexicon. I have it but haven't watched it yet. It runs for about 20 minutes. I found the mp3 difficult. Perhaps it is necessary to spend more time on the Treasure series first.
By the way, the 3rd part of that (Function) contains post-hypnotic suggestions including to email Kasha. It's still a jungle out there.
