BTW, you have to enter the reg code for it to work fellas. It's not going to download the list if you don't register it. Might have to restart the app a couple times for it to accept the code, but I'm using it right now, and I am confirmed at an IP of 101.0.5.6, which is in Indonesia. There are a bunch of others I haven't even tried yet. I downloaded a torrent at over 2MB a second using this proxy too, so it DEFINITELY bypasses throttling.

Ignore previous comment, its working fine (turned out that i had a previous installation from elsewhere that wasn't completely uninstalled. Sownloaded revo uninstaller and reinstalled so now it works like a charm. Thanx a lot)
