i noticed a repetitive popping/dripping sound in the soundtrack but otherwise the audio was fine.

The AUDIO does have a hum and clicking, but it's not too noticeable except when there's dead silence in the movie (and i'm picky about such things).
You can remove most of it by processing the audio with Virtualdub using a highpass filter at 35 Hz. What we must ask ourselves.... Why t f didn't the dumbass BaLD just do that..?

I recommend watching this with VLC using the 2-pass equalizer option. Otherwise the audio is a bit harsh.
Most of the comedy worked, but every serious and dramatic moment fails miserably. Too bad that's about the entire last 1/4th of the movie.
