Ah. that may be the case. It works on NTSC-U wii's fine. If you want to get it to work on PAL, you'll have to download the PAL version somewhere.

Actually, it's confirmed working on a few PAL wii's. I think it may need the 4.0 system update however.

wont work on softmodded 4.2E... just black screen
