yes i know that ppl that download this gives ppl slow speed.
i was forced to re download the files couse i paste the files to another map and yes they are seeding slow when i seed at 80/kbs thnx for downloading :)

thx for the upload. quick question, do these ncf and bin files allow you to play on IWnet? Or are they only for alterIWnet...
