The Maw is an action-adventure video game developed by independent developer Twisted Pixel Games [2]. It was released on Xbox Live Arcade on January 21, 2009, and for Microsoft Windows on March 9, 2009. It became available via Steam on March 10, 2009.[3]. The game revolves around a blue alien by the name of Frank, and a purple blob named Maw, that he leads around the game world, feeding and evolving. I can't get the game to play in fullscreen. It just plays in windowed mode regardless of resolution changes and fullscreen on/off setting. Anyone else have this problem?

I have a problem. When i run the Maw there's a settings window i click launch and theres a logo vitality and error it say : Could not find compatible display device . I reinstall directx , visual C++ and graphic card . Sorry for my english im from poland :)

I try to launch the game and its Maw.bin has stopped working. I tried launching as Admin, same thing. Anyone got any ideas?

I stopped the extract process when it started to install Directx and the C++ libraries, which I assumed I had, and I got the same error, so I went back to the installer and let it finish that part, then the game launched.

could not find compatible display device error message, mine is radeon 9600 256mb, ram 1gig, i guess it meet the requirement.
there are many ppl whos bought this game having the same problem. =(
